Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive! We only ship out Tues- Friday!! We send each of you a tracking # through your email. If you haven’t received it within the time frame, please contact customer service at shop88threads@gmail.com 

RETURNS: Please notify us of your return within 7 days of receiving your order. You have 30 days to return, receipt present, tags attached (if tagged) and it must be unworn. It must be free of any smells and in the same condition when you purchased! If you are returning an online order, please put the paid receipt in with your return, highlight the returned item and explain why. Store credit will be issued once we receive the item. If you want to exchange sizes, we will only hold your exchange for 7 days! You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returns and exchanges! I eat shipping costs and can not afford to pay for returns!

DAMAGES: If you receive a damage, it must be reported within 5 days of received order! We must have the invoice # and picture of the damage. We will pay for the shipping charge and refund in full! Report all damages to the business page!
