Joyful. Patient. Faithful.
Life can leave us confused. The current cultural and social climate leaves me confused daily! How do I act or react to that? How do I feel... how 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 I feel? What do I say?
Joyful. Patient. Faithful.
These are the words I run back to when I'm not sure how to act. I walk with joy. I act with patience. I remain faithful.
I was reminded this week of some great advice I was given by a friend....
Have you ever said "I just need more patience!" Me too. One day after spouting this line off, my friend gently reminded me that because the Holy Spirit is within me, 𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - I'm just not choosing to use it and act with it.
🌟You are equipped, sister. If you have Jesus in your heart - you have love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfullness, gentleness, and self-control.
The question is - will you 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 to use the tools He gives?
